Birth Center

Birthroot Birth Center is a modern birthing facility within a vintage Victorian home. The entire building was renovated and opened as a birth center in 2014. Energy efficient and non-toxic building materials and finishes were used throughout. Solar panels were installed in 2015.

Our two birth suites are appointed with deep tubs designed for labor and/or water birth. Spacious bathrooms including a walk in shower are located within each birth suite. The spaces were designed to be homelike while providing the safety features and equipment necessary for a state licensed facility.

Off street parking and private entrance to the birth center is located at the back of the building which is accessed via J Street.

We’d love to say hello in person and show you around! Contact us to meet one of our midwives.
